Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate machinery and equipment to produce gaskets

  • Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor and Lead Hand to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Perform quality control checks on gaskets to ensure they meet specifications
  • Document and record production data, including quality issues and machine faults
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic English language skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Familiarity with measuring tools and equipment
Working Conditions

The Gasket Production Specialist will work in a plant environment, spending almost 100% of their time on the production floor. The role requires varying degrees of light physical labor, including lifting, pulling, standing, and walking. Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat and the use of light press equipment.
