About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Analyst to join our team at Haleon. As a Service Analyst, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of R&D Tech GxP and non-GxP applications, ensuring that service delivery meets organizational and ITSM standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in service processes
  • Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and ITSM standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Promote ITIL best practices in R&D Tech area
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, compliance, and ITSM practices
  • Expertise in integrating agile methodologies within professional frameworks
  • Ability to adapt to change and evolving priorities
