As an Electronics Sales Associate, you'll be our go-to expert in connecting customers with the perfect electronics solutions. With our partnership with Walmart Canada, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of electronic devices, from TVs and computers to printers and cameras. You'll be tech-savvy, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the right electronic solutions and merchandise
  • Provide product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales
  • Offer a positive and informative shopping experience, considering the whole Home Entertainment picture
  • Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring safe operation of all equipment
  • Complete timely stocking of products and ensure shelves and work areas are clean
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, service requests, and defective products
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchase
  • Offer to back up purchases with a service that protects them long-term
  • Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Act with professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move, and support 30-50lbs of merchandise
