As an Electronics Sales Associate, you'll be our go-to expert in connecting customers with the perfect electronics solutions. You'll work with a talented team to provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise. With a passion for technology and a drive to succeed, you'll thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding the right electronic solutions and merchandise
  • Provide product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales expertise
  • Offer a positive and informative shopping experience, considering the whole Home Entertainment picture
  • Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring safe operation of all equipment
  • Complete timely stocking of products and maintain clean shelves and work areas
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and service requests
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchase
  • Offer to back up purchases with a service that protects them long-term
  • Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Act with professionalism and integrity
