Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth
  • Conduct daily housekeeping, merchandising, and signing tasks to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Support POS operations, including processing transactions and handling customer returns
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts to protect company assets
  • Collaborate with the Store Management Team to achieve sales and operational goals
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 17 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
