Position Overview
PAL Aerospace is seeking dedicated Direct Entry Captains and First Officers who prioritize safety and exceptional customer service to enhance our esteemed team.

Additional Pilot Benefits
- Per diem allowances for workdays.
- Guaranteed 12 days off each month.
- Minimum monthly credit guarantee of 78 hours, with overtime for credits exceeding 90.
- Annual vacation ranging from 2 to 5 weeks based on seniority.
- 11 additional holiday block vacation days each year.
- Annual allowances for uniforms and headsets.
- Jump seat agreements available.
- Potential eligibility for relocation expenses as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Qualifications Required
- Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot License.
- Current Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Multi-Engine Rating.
- Current Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Must possess one of the following: valid ATPL; SAMRA & SARON; or IATRA written and passed within the last two years.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Must hold a valid passport at the time of hire.
- Eligibility to travel to the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a C-1/D transit/crewmember visa.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
- Completion of a high school diploma.
- Compliance with Transport Canada English proficiency standards (level 4).
- Minimum requirement for Direct Entry Captain is an ATPL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a Canadian ATPL.
- Experience as a pilot in multi-engine turbine aircraft with two crew.
