About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of personal insurance. With your industry expertise and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Utilize your industry knowledge and expertise to advise clients on risk management strategies and insurance products.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance or a related field.
  • Strong industry knowledge and expertise in risk management and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
