About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to enrich our Personal Lines Sales team at HUB International Ontario Limited. As a trusted advisor, you'll nurture existing clients and usher in new ones, providing custom insurance solutions that offer more than protection - they provide solace, resilience, and assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your industry expertise to provide advice and guidance that meets our customers' individual needs.
  • Meet challenging personal and team sales targets, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Master broker management systems like EPIC & ARS to efficiently complete and issue insurance applications and certificates.
  • Nurture dynamic, professional relationships with key underwriters to drive business growth.
  • Resolve client concerns and complaints with your professional charm and deep product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes, underwriting rules, and workflow processes to drive business success.
  • Participate in training initiatives to continuously learn and grow with HUB.

Requirements for Success

  • RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of industry or personal lines experience.
  • Extensive experience with Major Domestic Personal Lines Markets like Aviva, Intact, Economical, and others.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Professional presentation and understanding of the personal insurance business in a sales-driven environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in broker management systems like EPIC & ARS.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Professional insurance designations like CAIB, CIP, CRM, or similar.
