We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Alliance Floor Finishing Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete flooring projects.
Key Responsibilities- Concrete Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, operate power vibrators to compact concrete, and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Surface Preparation: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work outdoors at various locations, often in physically demanding conditions. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently.
Requirements- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in concrete finishing.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
As a Concrete Finisher at Alliance Floor Finishing Ltd., you will receive benefits as per the collective agreement, including a permanent employment contract.
