Concrete Finisher

Taj Contactors Ltd. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Formwork and Materials: Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Concrete Placement: Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to the specified grade.
- Finishing Touches: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, and impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Compaction and Leveling: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to the grade and depth specification.
- Work at Heights: Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Apprentice Training: Instruct apprentices in the skills and techniques required for the job.
- Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Accuracy: Ensure accurate work and attention to detail.
- Client Focus: Prioritize client satisfaction and deliver high-quality results.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and work requirements.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Details: This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
