About the Role

As a Programmatic Account Manager, you'll be responsible for creating world-class programmatic programs and strategies for our top-tier clients. You'll work closely with our 360 planners to develop programmatic-first media plans, and collaborate with our DSP experts to develop and monitor best practices. You'll also train and mentor programmatic coordinators and specialists, and partner with our Director of Programmatic to ensure effective delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute programmatic media strategies for top-tier clients
  • Support 360 planners in creating programmatic-first media plans
  • Collaborate with DSP experts to develop and monitor best practices
  • Train and mentor programmatic coordinators and specialists
  • Partner with Director of Programmatic to ensure effective delivery
  • Engage with publishers, DSPs, ad exchanges, and industry partners
  • Manage performance, budget, financial, and time management
Requirements
  • 3+ years of programmatic trading experience
  • Experience with demand-side platforms (Google Display and Video 360, Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, Verizon Media) and ad servers (Google Campaign Manager) and DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager, GA360)
  • Advanced understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional analytical and copywriting skills and strong knowledge of math and statistics
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and burning desire to succeed
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance client work and objectives
