Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Receive, unload, and distribute merchandise to allocated sections as orders arrive, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and displayed.
  • Prepare merchandise for display by trimming and packaging produce according to company standards, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Fulfill customer requests, answer questions, and maintain good customer relations, providing a personalized experience.
  • Maintain the sanitation standards and safety procedures in accordance with company policy, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Perform other general duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' produce experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of produce handling and display.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends, and adapt to changing store needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to delegate tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout the shift.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
