We are a leading pharmacy chain dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of medications and prescription records, ensuring that all stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Order and receive supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Clerical Support: Provide general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Assist healthcare professionals and patients with inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
