Position Overview

As an integral part of the Premium Service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to suite patrons during various events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Engage positively and professionally with both staff and attendees.
  • Address any service-related inquiries or issues with a knowledgeable and friendly approach.
  • Manage and oversee guest access to all suites effectively.
  • Act as a representative for the Premium Suites department and the organization.
  • Assist in special events and promotional activities for suite clients as required.
  • Participate in pre-event and post-event meetings.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to resolve any reported issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and organizational policies.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Fulfill additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications

  • Availability to work weekdays starting as early as 4:30 PM, along with various shifts on weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Smart Serve Certificate is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in VIP hospitality or concierge services is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism consistently.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capable of working in a dynamic environment with varying noise levels, lighting, and temperatures.
  • Prepared to handle potential emergency situations and unexpected events.
  • Familiarity with local attractions is a plus.
