Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading shipments and rotating stock.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store displays.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience an asset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
