Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Kids Haven Childcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Personal Suitability
  • Efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
