Job Summary:

Nasdaq is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing sales to meet individual and team quotas, as well as driving revenue growth through new business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Analyze market trends and identify key areas of opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage Existing Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executive-level clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support Senior Sales Executives: Collaborate with senior sales executives to close deals and meet individual and team quotas.
  • Conduct Regular Status and Strategy Meetings: Meet with customers to understand their needs and link them to our product and service strategies.
  • Respond to Escalated Customer Issues: Provide timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Develop a deep understanding of industries, regulatory environments, and markets to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
