Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Representative II. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
  • Research and resolve customer issues, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document and process customer claims accurately
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Comply with confidentiality and data protection policies
  • Attend training and meetings to stay up-to-date on company knowledge, systems, and processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Reliability and ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales
  • State or Federal work experience

Physical Requirements

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring prolonged sitting and use of computer and telephone equipment. Occasional movement around the office may be required.
