Position Overview

Avani Homes Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Construction Laborer. This position involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
Work Environment
  • Location: Primarily outdoors in urban construction sites.
  • Conditions: Exposure to dusty environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and handle construction materials efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints to assess work requirements.
  • Construct and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and distribute materials like concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in the demolition of structures.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Clear debris and rubble from construction sites.

Required Certifications
