Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team at Dias Roofing. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and transporting materials, erecting scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
