Overview

At Paladin Security, we're committed to making the world a safer and friendlier place. We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Security Guards. If you have a passion for helping people and a strong track record of handling responsibility, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients, tenants, and patrons
  • Write clear and detailed reports, including incident, emergency, liability, and day-to-day reports
  • Monitor and report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations
  • Provide first aid and medical response when required
  • Perform regular foot patrols to ensure personnel, building, and equipment security
  • Utilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities
  • Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers

Requirements

  • 6 months of security experience or 6 months of customer experience
  • Valid security license
  • Valid OFA 1 or higher
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Physical fitness: ability to walk for prolonged hours
  • Class 5 or Class 7 N BC Driving License (asset for Mobile Patrol)
