**Job Description:**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Sales Associate to join our team. As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members and guests, presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
  • Give studio tours and provide information about our services
  • Work with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to potential members
  • Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a professional and objective manner
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized
