Role Overview

As a Fitness Sales Representative at Orangetheory Fitness 10076, you will be responsible for greeting every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge, presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, and working at the front desk to answer phones and assist members. You will also give studio tours, work with trainers to guide new members through their first workout, and sell memberships to help the studio thrive. Additionally, you will handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner, ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Present the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk to answer phones and assist members
