Role Overview: As an Automation Solutions Engineer, you will be an integral part of our newly established Automation Engineering team within the Service Delivery department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation workflows for our accounts in the UK and EU, supporting the Solutions Engineers.
  • Collaborate with the broader Service Delivery team to assist Account Teams with the implementation and ongoing support of existing solutions in an Agile framework.
  • Engage in various tasks including integration, configuration, deployment, documentation, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies to prioritize and assess support requests from account teams.
  • Design, integrate, and enhance automation processes for customer service utilizing our Visual Flow Builder.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries by managing multiple technical support requests effectively.
  • Document technical configurations and processes meticulously.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in building automated process flows.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in coding.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service CRMs.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
