Job Title: Automation QA / Testing Engineer

At Launchpad, we're seeking a skilled Automation QA / Testing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our custom manufacturing software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for custom software.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Identify and resolve issues with testing automation, ensuring reliable test coverage.
  • Provide detailed reports on testing results and work with development teams to address any defects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in QA automation, with a focus on functional testing.
  • Proficiency with testing tools like Inflectra or similar.
  • Experience in integrating automated testing into DevOps pipelines.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
