Job Summary

Pinnacle International Hotels & Resort Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations as needed.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing and photocopying, as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to guests and staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
