Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations as needed.
- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing and photocopying, as needed.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to guests and staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
