Job Title: Community Manager and Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Community Manager and Social Media Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness on Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and followers on Instagram and TikTok;
  • Create and curate engaging content, including videos, images, and captions, tailored to each platform's audience and trends;
  • Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and initiating conversations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and events;
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and TikTok, for a brand or organization;
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and performance metrics;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to coordinate projects & make things happen;
  • Demonstrated passion for community building and fostering meaningful interactions;
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus;
  • No formal education required.
