Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Chalet Continental Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Supervision

Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.

Quality Control

Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that all housekeeping staff are trained to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Inventory Management

Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and ensure that all housekeeping staff have access to the necessary resources to perform their duties.

Scheduling and Assignment

Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the motel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Guest Services

Respond to complaints from guests in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.

Working Conditions
  • Work Term

Permanent.

Work Language

English.

Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
