Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MAPLE Convenience store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals and implement store promotions
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Our store is a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment with a vape shop and retail business setting. We offer free parking and a permanent work term with 33 hours per week.
