Restaurant Operations Manager

N. F. ENTERPRISES O/A VILLA MADINA is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast food restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
Personal Suitability:Dependable and able to work 30-40 hours per week.
