We are seeking a highly skilled Project Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our Motion Canada Operation team, you will play a critical role in coordinating project aspects and supporting Project Managers in the management and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project members to plan and control project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with ABB procedures by completing necessary documentation
  • Communicate project deadlines to the project team and prepare materials for project reviews
  • Set up project bookings in SAP and maintain adherence to billing plan milestones
  • Conduct analysis of planned vs actual project performance and review goods receipt reports
  • Align receiving with on-time delivery and record lessons learned, CCRP, SNCRP, and conduct quality checks
  • Coordinate and track training sessions to ensure team members have necessary skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of project execution experience or relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, logistics, and Microsoft Office
  • Customer-focused, attention to detail, and flexibility to meet customer needs
