About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hotel Clerk at 1390357 BC Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, take, cancel and change room reservations, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an asset.
