  • Manage room reservations, including taking, modifying, and canceling bookings
  • Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services
  • Provide insights about local attractions and points of interest
  • Facilitate guest departures, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
  • Maintain an organized record of room availability, reservations, and assignments
  • Handle incoming calls, relaying messages and inquiries effectively
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
