Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at BHC Canada Inc. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying business requirements and designing, developing, and implementing information systems solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their business needs and identify requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Apply quality control procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of business systems and software development life cycles
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
