IT Business Analyst Role at Spark Power Corp

Spark Power Corp, a leading provider of end-to-end electrical services and operations and maintenance services in North America, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join its Oakville team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and translate business requirements into detailed system and technical requirements
  • Facilitate project progress and act as a key resource in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Life Cycle
  • Maintain objectivity to ensure solutions align with business objectives
  • Raise and escalate issues with IT management and/or business process owners
  • Make data-driven decisions and recommendations
Requirements:
  • University or post-graduate education in a business or STEM discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Implementation consulting or Business Analyst role
  • Ability to understand and refine business requirements
  • Experience in NetSuite or other ERPs such as Oracle Cloud ERP, JDE, SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience in delivering business solutions in an agile environment
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Ability to manage deliverables across multiple projects
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Wireframing Tools
