Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Organizing marketing materials and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting clients with policy modifications, cancellations, and updates
- Setting appointments with licensed team members
- Providing excellent phone skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Requirements:
- Full-time permanent position
- Starting base salary of $45,500 + bonus/commission structure
