Les missions

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e designer UX/UI pour appuyer et soutenir notre mission. Les missions qui te seront confiées incluent :

  • Créer des maquettes visuelles (mock-ups) attrayantes et fonctionnelles pour notre application mobile
  • Concevoir et réaliser des visuels de haute qualité pour les supports de communication, de formations clients et de ventes
  • Adapter et harmoniser les présentations en respectant la charte graphique et les couleurs de l'entreprise
  • Concevoir des animations et des transitions pour améliorer l'interactivité et la fluidité de l'expérience utilisateur
  • Établir un design system comprenant des composants réutilisables pour garantir la cohérence visuelle et fonctionnelle à travers toute l'application
  • Mettre à jour le design system avec de nouveaux composants ou modifications basées sur les besoins du projet
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de développement et programmation pour comprendre les besoins et les objectifs de chaque projet et amélioration
  • Participer aux séances de brainstorming pour proposer des idées créatives et innovantes
  • Assurer une veille sur les tendances graphiques et les meilleures pratiques du secteur

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un.e designer UX/UI avec :

  • Un esprit créatif et innovant, capable de proposer des concepts visuels originaux
  • Une expérience au sein d'une grande entreprise avec une structure bien définie, un atout majeur
  • Une connaissance des principes de responsive design et des contraintes des différentes plateformes (mobile, web, tablette)
  • Des excellentes compétences en communication visuelle et en design graphique
  • Une capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais
  • Un souci du détail et une rigueur dans l'exécution des tâches
  • Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un joueur d'équipe
  • Une formation en design graphique, arts visuels, ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Une formation spécialisée en UX/UI design (un atout)
