Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions with precision.
  • Share product knowledge with customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and sanitary work space.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
