The RoleAs the Claims Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims professionals to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer claims. You will act as a hands-on functional and motivational leader, empowering team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of claims professionals to achieve business objectives
