Position Overview

The Brand Marketing Leader will work closely with the Director of Administration to create, implement, and manage dynamic marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of current trends and technologies in graphic and web design. This role requires tracking and analyzing advertising campaign performance while adhering to the marketing budget. The Brand Marketing Leader will ensure that all marketing materials align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels
  2. Support both B2B and B2C sales initiatives
  3. Implement the company's marketing plan to achieve critical milestones and revenue objectives, gaining in-depth knowledge of competitive products to tailor strategies accordingly
  4. Manage and direct marketing personnel, overseeing daily departmental operations
  5. Plan, analyze, and document marketing campaigns, including budgets, outcomes, and insights
  6. Review and approve marketing content, from digital assets to printed materials
  7. Ensure cohesive marketing communications, including the creation and distribution of all promotional materials
  8. Collaborate with media outlets and advertising agencies
  9. Utilize data analysis to assess marketing effectiveness and generate innovative ideas for enhancing brand visibility
  10. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding marketing initiatives and campaign performance
  11. Prepare and oversee the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience
  3. Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing channels
  4. Proven leadership skills with experience in team management
  5. Strong budget management capabilities
  6. Analytical skills to identify trends and forecast challenges
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
