Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Beiersdorf AG. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and profitability in the CEWA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, including product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, e-commerce, and medical management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
