About Our Teams:

In our fast-paced retail environment, teamwork is essential. As a Department Manager, you'll lead a team of associates who share your passion for pets and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Associate Leadership: You'll be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and developing associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll work closely with our retail teams to ensure we're meeting our customer service standards and providing a safe and welcoming environment for pets and their owners.

  1. Gain experience in different business areas, such as store operations, salon services, or our Pets Hotel.
  2. Develop your leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities, such as Assistant Manager or Store Manager.
  3. Take on new challenges, such as opening a new store or leading a team in a new market.
  4. Transfer to any of our 1600 stores nationwide.
