Laundry Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Production Supervisor to join our team at K-Bro Linen Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our laundry production department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a laundry or textile services environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
