Laundry Production Supervisor

Join K-Bro Linen Systems Inc. as a Laundry Production Supervisor and take on a challenging role in our dynamic laundry production team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to supervise the operation of our laundry production equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and productivity of our laundry services, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Monitor quality and production levels
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • On site work required
