Laundry Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Production Supervisor to join our team at K-Bro Linen Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our laundry production department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: Lead and manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the laundry production department.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of laundry production, including cleaning, pressing, and folding.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of laundry supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a laundry production environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
