Position Overview

Logismart Inc. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to manage financial records and ensure accuracy in our bookkeeping processes. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Assess fixed assets and their depreciation.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries accurately.
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Prepare trial balances.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

  • Accounting software
