As a Lead Financial Process Specialist, you will be an integral member of our Finance team, overseeing financial operations and information for various departments. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Developing and updating operational and capital budgets.
  • Interpreting and implementing financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
  • Generating financial statements, reconciliations, and accompanying schedules.
  • Delivering information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • To qualify for this role, candidates should have completed a minimum of 13 CPA-recognized courses, possess extensive financial and accounting experience, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and have familiarity with financial systems such as PeopleSoft and Hyperion.
  • The ideal candidate will exhibit strong technical accounting expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. Establishing relationships with clients and collaborating across departments is essential.
