Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The North West Company LP.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality and freshness
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet business needs
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
