Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The North West Company LP. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service operations.
  • Train and develop our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have everything we need to provide high-quality food and service.
  • Supervise and monitor the delivery of food trolleys to ensure they are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
