Job Title: Director, Academic Planning

At Stonewood Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Academic Planning to join our team. As a key member of our Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class program management services to ensure the effective implementation and management of connected home offerings and solutions sold to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the program planning process, including the sequencing and planning of activities and projects required to achieve targeted business outcomes.
  • Work with the PMO to ensure the appropriate scoping and definition of projects required to achieve stated account strategy and objectives.
  • Proactively manage relationships with account/client stakeholders to drive execution on program strategy, identify performance gaps, and bring solutions to restore or exceed program performance.
  • Drive pre-sales proposals for new and existing accounts.
  • Manage key interfaces between defined activities/projects and stakeholder groups throughout an account's lifecycle.

  • Successful experience working within account management, client services, professional services, or consulting organizations.
  • Strong performance metric analysis and management.
  • University Degree in business, computer science, or engineering, MBA is a plus.
